Brainstorming ist für viele eine bekannte Methode, um gezielt an kreative Lösungen für Probleme oder bestimmte
Anforderungen zu gelangen. Aber wie geht es eigentlich richtig? Wie
vieles ist Brainstorming zwar schnell und leicht durchzuführen, doch nicht
unbedingt leicht zu meistern. Passt man nicht auf, können der Gruppe oder auch
dem Einzelnen viele vermeidbare Fehler unterlaufen, die diese Methode deutlich
ineffizienter machen und möglicherweise vom eigentlichen Ziel ablenken können.
