In der ersten Interview-Folge mit Gesundheitscoach Ute Schlieper
dreht sich alles um Herausforderungen und Chancen und darum wie man für eine
hohe Lebensqualität sorgt.

Ute lebt und praktiziert in Heidelberg, war früher Fitnesstrainerin und hat nach einigen persönlichen Rückschlägen entschieden, eher Mindsets zu trainieren. Für mehr Lebensqualität.

Dabei, meint Ute, seien nur vier Komponenten des
eigenen Lebens verantwortlich: Die Lebensweise (Gesundheit, Ernährun, Bewegung), die Beziehungen, der Beruf und das
Selbst. Wer diese vier Bereiche in Einklang bringt, sei auf einem guten Weg. So
einfach, wie es zuerst einmal klingt ist es dann aber doch nicht. Es geht auch nicht darum, von einer Aufgabe zur nächsten zu rennen, sondern auch bewusst zu genießen.
