    schon beinahe als eine Grundvoraussetzung gesehen wurde, holt Philipp in dieser
    Folge eine kleine Definition nach und macht sein Verständnis von Achtsamkeit
    deutlich. Dabei ist es ihm wichtig, einige
    Vorurteile zum Begriff aufzulösen und lädt dazu ein, sich mit einer veränderten
    Sichtweise, (erneut) auf die Achtsamkeit einzulassen; denn sie kann besonders in
    stressigen Zeiten ein Hauptgewinn sein.

    Ist es sinnvoll für eine Sache Geld auszugeben oder nicht? Wo ist der Unterschied zwischen einer Investition und Kosten?

    Philipp diskutiert in dieser Folge rund um das Thema
    „Investieren“, wann es sich lohnt eine Investion zu tätigen und wann
    man es vielleicht besser lassen sollte. Mithilfe eines einfachen Beispiels, in
    dem zwei Möglichkeiten gegenüber gestellt werden, wird ziemlich schnell
    deutlich, warum eine Investition durchaus sinnvoll sein kann.

    Eine Frage beleuchten wir in dieser Folge nicht, die für viele Fragen dennoch relevant ist. Nämlich die Frage: Was ist, wenn das Geld dazu fehlt? Dieser Fall ist etwas komplizierter und lässt sich in einer Mini-Folge nicht ohne weiteres beantworten. Daher ist die Grundlage für diese Folge die Annahme, dass das Geld zur Verfügung steht.

    MmMmini 15 – Love it, change it or leave it – Gehen oder bleiben? Wichtige Entscheidungen aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven betrachten

    In der neuen Mini-Folge geht es rund um Henry Fords Zitat
    „Love it, change it or leave it.“ Philipp klärt, inwiefern dieses
    Zitat für alle relevant ist und warum es wichtig ist, seine aktuelle
    Situation zu hinterfragen. Wenn ich unzufrieden bin: Woran liegt es? Und was kann ich ändern?

    Anwendbar ist das sowohl für Beruf wie Privatleben: Mehr Zufriedenheit im Job, mit seinen Freunden oder generell mit dem gesamten Leben. Denn oft ärgert man sich über die
    gleichen Sachen und ändert dennoch nichts daran. Vor allem nicht seine eigene Bewertung. Das kostet Zeit und
    Nerven und bringt niemanden weiter. Genau in dieser Situation kann dieses Zitat und ein bisschen Achtsamkeit einiges ändern.

    Stichwort: Perspektivwechsel.

    Brainstorming – richtige Anwendung zur kreativen Lösungsfindung – wie Brainstorming wirklich gelingen kann

    Brainstorming ist für viele eine bekannte Methode, um gezielt an kreative Lösungen für Probleme oder bestimmte
    Anforderungen zu gelangen. Aber wie geht es eigentlich richtig? Wie
    vieles ist Brainstorming zwar schnell und leicht durchzuführen, doch nicht
    unbedingt leicht zu meistern. Passt man nicht auf, können der Gruppe oder auch
    dem Einzelnen viele vermeidbare Fehler unterlaufen, die diese Methode deutlich
    ineffizienter machen und möglicherweise vom eigentlichen Ziel ablenken können.
    Deshalb nimmt sich Philipp in dieser Folge die Zeit, ausführlich von seinen
    Erfahrungen mit dieser Methode zu berichten und macht deutlich, wo Fehler
